Silver Star Mountain Resort + My Favorites
Known for dry Okanagan powder and plenty of sunshine, Silver Star offers over 2700 acres of varied terrain. The south facing Vance Creek area features gentle slopes and groomed cruisers, with a new six pack express chairlift. The Putnam Creek face features deep powder and challenging black and double black diamond terrain. Silver Star also boasts a 105 km network of cross-country skiing trails, used by Olympic cross-country teams. The village accommodations provide the comfort of ski-in/ski-out. Family and après-ski activities are available, as well as kids’ programs and daycare. Late June to late September, ride, bike, walk or skate the mountain paths. Guided horseback rides, wildflower or all terrain vehicle tours, mountain bike rentals, accommodation packages.
